  • Turbo-Charging LLMs with TensorRT-LLM + RAG (Demo): TRT-LLM optimization + RAG on Jetson

  • Lab-1: Build a digital twin + sensor stack; log synthetic data

  • Video Search Summarization: Schema, ingest, retrieval, summaries

  • Lab-2: Search/summarize warehouse/traffic video
